amazing, amazing, amazing
I loved the spacious rooms and the luxurious spa facilities available from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. The buffet dining options were very nice, especially the dinner buffet with a wide selection of delicious starters and desserts. The scenic grounds with a beautiful lake.
do recommend 😊❤️

The reception staff were inadequate & uninformative; we weren't told about the secure parking [or anything else], I had to wait 15 minutes before anyone came to the reception desk. Although we chose non-smoking the rooms stank like used ashtrays, there were ashtray in all rooms [incl. bathroms], we were told all hotels in France were like this as under the law a hotel room is private! The manager offered a change of rooms; we changed one room [still smelly but not as bad], the other was even worse...we then had a couple walk into our room with a key, ]given the wrong room [reception again]. The towels smelled of cooking fat, and there was black mould 'round the bath. The 'parkview' shared patio had latenight loud revelers.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel and free parking, marvellous location in a gated area. Extremely spacious and brand-new room plus climate control, an individual safe, and tea/coffee making equipment. Location not far from France, and the restaurant...

We stayed in the double room, it was top quality and the bed was extremely comfy. The location was perfectly comfortable and perfect, overlooking the park. This hotel was located in a pretty nice area.

The air conditioning is a serious letdown, with many rooms feeling airless and causing discomfort during the night. Dining options were also disappointing. The self-service buffet quality reminded some guests of a staff canteen rather than a relaxing meal experience. It's also worth noting the unclear pricing for dinner options. Some guests ended up frustrated that tables were frequently occupied during peak dining times, and those who paid extra for park view rooms were let down by obstructing hedges.

The manager and all staff were very helpful and made us very welcome. The hotel was spotlessly clean and very relaxing. We loved the hotel grounds/complex and also the lovely swimming pool. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and would love to return again one day for a short break.

We liked the relaxed atmosphere and the very friendly and helpful staff. The food we had at the bar was excellent. The swimming pool was very good. The changing area we feel could be better. I.E. lockable lockers and a better showering area. All in all though we enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to come and stay again. Thank you for having us. Kind regards, Herbert and Terry-Ann Moore.

Really enjoyed my overnight stay with my family. the spacious double room was perfect for us, and the kids loved the swimming pool and the bouncy castle! The spa area was a nice bonus too, even though we didn't get to try the jacuzzi. Just a heads up, the drinks at the bar were a bit pricey, so plan ahead! 😊

The staff working at "the plage" were so helpful and excellent and made the visit very pleasant.
The menu for the restaurant was difficult to find, only available at the restaurant itself, not even outside the entrance.

Size and quality of the bedroom
Lots of facilities not working - lack of hotel information in bedroom - ambiguity with menu choice in restaurant - some staff didn't have correct customer care!

Had a lovely overnight stay! The buffet dinner was scrumptious, heaps of variety. Only downside was the decor could do with a refresh. All in all, a sweet time!

Great design, decor, furnisihing etc. Well placed in beautiful surroundings.
Lack of flexibility re eating arrangements. We arrived late in the evening and wanted only to eat lightly but the restaurant staff could only offer a Euro 37 full menu. Discussions about any possible options or alternatives went nowhere. This and other similar details made us feel that we needed to conform to your rules, rather than that you were willing to give us what we needed.

La chambre etait spacieuse et tres propre. Tres bien meublee. Les matelas tres agreables. Un grand confort. Bravo !
